Master Lists Overview

Before you print master lists, set up your vendors and codes using the corresponding Setup and Maintenance functions.

Use the Master Lists functions to perform these tasks:

• Use the Recurring Entries List function to produce a list of recurring entries.
• Use the Vendor List function to produce a basic list of vendor information.
• Use the Vendor Detail List function to produce a list of the information stored in your vendor records - each vendor's name and address, pay-to name and address, purchasing information, and 1099 information.
• Use the Vendor Labels function to print 1-1/3 by 4 inch labels for mailings or to print a vendor phone list.

Note: To change information printed on a master list, use the corresponding Setup and Maintenance function. Then reprint your master lists.
